Bearings:
ACL Rod Bearings H - PN: 6B2960H-STD, 0.025, 0.25
ACL Main Bearings H - PN: 7M2428H-STD, 0.025. 0.25, 0.50
Head Studs:

OEM Torque:Â
0.92~1.2 kg*m / 6.65~8.67 ft*lb
Notes:
Tighten from outside to center in multiple stages. Be cautious and clean bolts before installation.
OEM Torque:Â
10.5-11.5 kg*m / 75-83 ft*lb
ARP 2000 Torque (202-4207):
14.5 kg*m / 105 ft*lb
(Tools - 14mm 12 point socket & 5mm allen)
ARP 625+ Torque (202-4208):
Step 1- 6.9 kg*m / 50 ft*lb
Step 2- 13.8 kg*m / 100 ft*lb
Step 3- 19.3 kg*m / 140 ft*lb

Notes:
Tighten from center out in 2 stages to 50 ft*lbs, loosen then tighten to final torque in 3 stages. Follow ARP installation instructions below.

ARP Torque (202-5403):
8.3 kg*m / 60 ft*lb

Follow ARP installation instructions below. It is also recommended to line hone crank and double check clearances as the block can distort with more clamping torque on the girdle.

60-65 degrees

0.020-0.040 mm / 0.090 limit
Notes:
Do not apply oil to the rear surface of the bearing.
